RV Park, Mini-Golf and Driving Range – (Gull Lake, AB)

Summerland Leisure Park has added an RV Park to their current. The RV Park has 30 large back - in sites with full service, as well as shower and laundry facilities. Each site also has a picnic table and fire pit.

Also located on the property is an 18 hole mini - golf course which is one of the largest in Central Alberta. It offers a challenge for both younger and older folks; an ideal place for family or group outings! The driving range includes both matted and natural grass stalls. Use our targets to practice your chipping skills.

Summerland Leisure Park is a highly versatile site, making it a great place for family reunions, corporate events, birthday parties, school trips, and fundraising events. Come check us out, we are well worth the drive!

This is the fourth season at Summerland Leisure Park for current owners Brian and Lynn Henkel. The idea to add an RV Park began in 2009 as there appeared to be an increasing need for additional RV Parks in and around the Gull Lake area.

In May 2010, Lacombe County gave the go-ahead for Summerland Leisure Park to proceed with building a 30 stall RV Park. Excavating as well as road and site preparation began in September and October 2010. The restrooms/laundry building was also erected during this time. Summerland Leisure Park is excited about welcoming their first guests to the RV Park on the May long weekend.

We are located 20 minutes north of Red Deer and 11/2 – 2 hours from both Calgary and Edmonton. Take Queen Elizabeth Highway north from Calgary or south from Edmonton. Exit on Highway 12 West (exit # 422 from Calgary and exit #422 from Edmonton). Follow Highway 12 to Range Road 28-2 at Gull Lake (approx. 12 km). Turn south and you can't miss us!
